Norwich Union League with an 8 wicket victory last night against
Warwickshire.Their victory puts them two points ahead of Glamorgan, but the Welsh
county have a game in hand over Worcestershire, and they will move
back on top of the table if they defeat Nottinghamshire next Monday
at Colwyn Bay.In early July, Glamorgan defeated Nottinghamshire by 8 wickets at Trent
Bridge, but over the past couple of days, Nottinghamshire have returned
to form by completing back-to-back victories over Somerset.Glamorgan`s match with Nottinghamshire at Colwyn Bay will
start at 1.00pm on Bank Holiday Monday, 26th August. Glamorgan Members
will be admitted free of charge, while the admission price for
non-members is : £12 for adults and £6 for juniors (16 or under) and senior
citizens. Tickets can be purchased on the gate on the day, and a large crowd
is expected. There will also be a complete ban on alcohol being brought into
the ground.
