Though the team spokesman declined to comment on the incident, the players were reportedly warned that a repeat offence could be the end of tournament for them.Pakistan have won their two warm-up games – against Bangladesh and England – since. They are scheduled to play India on February 15, in Adelaide. They have lost their previous five World Cup matches against them.
