First reported by Fabrice Hawkins of , Chelsea have negotiated a seven-year contract with Gittens, with the England youngster keen to make the move. Fabrizio Romano reports that the Blues have tabled a bid worth €35 million (£29.5m) for the winger, but there is no agreement yet between the two clubs.
