Albie Morgan was meant to be on loan with Ebbsfleet United, but was recalled from the National League side by Charlton Athletic in November.
The 19-year-old had gone on an initial month-long loan, which was then extended before eventually being cut short due to the injury crisis being suffered at the Valley.
He came straight into the squad and ended up getting 34 minutes against Cardiff City, showing that he was not afraid to take responsibility, letting off two shots and taking four corners.

Since being thrown into the mix during that game, the midfielder has not looked back, making six starts and two substitute appearances.
He has made a contribution for the team during those matches, averaging 1.1 tackles, 0.8 clearances and 1.2 key passes per game.

Morgan has ensured that he has stood up and been counted while wearing the Charlton shirt, epitomising the attitude the club has had during what has been a testing season so far.
Meanwhile, Charlton could suffer their biggest January loss since Ricky Holmes.
