Mason Greenwood's salary at Marseille has been revealed, with the ex-Manchester United star not the highest earners at the Ligue 1 club.

The forward signed for Marseille from Manchester United in a deal worth €30 million (£25m/$34m) last summer on a contract until 2029. It's now emerged that Greenwood is one of the top earners at the Ligue 1 club on wages of around €450,000 (£377k/ $485k) per month, according to . The only players earning more than Greenwood in the squad currently are midfielders Adrien Rabiot and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, who both command a monthly wage of €500,000 (£418k/$539k).

Greenwood has enjoyed a prolific season to date with Marseille and has netted 15 goals in 26 Ligue 1 games. However, he was dropped to the bench by manager Robert De Zerbi before the international break, with the Italian openly critical of his performances. Greenwood's demotion has prompted speculation he could leave the club in the summer if he can't repair his relationship with De Zerbi.
