Manchester United outcast Antony has rejected transfer offers from Botafogo and his boyhood club, Sao Paulo. The winger has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford this summer after falling out of favour with Ruben Amorim. Antony spent the second half of the 2024-25 campaign on loan at Real Betis, where he impressed by scoring nine goals.

Antony has been listed in United's 'bomb squad', which has been training separately away from the first-team group during the pre-season. Antony is accompanied by Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia as all four players have been tipped to leave the club this summer.

Manager Ruben Amorim recently mentioned that he might consider reintegrating the out-of-favour stars into the senior squad, but a final decision on their futures will be made by the recruitment team.
