Manchester United’s FA Cup campaigns have been broadcast every year since 2005, but the television stations have opted to snub them this time around.
Neither the BBC or BT Sport have chosen to add United’s third-round tie against Derby County to their scheduling.
It is the first time in 12 years and 58 matches that every minute of the Red Devils’ FA Cup run has not been broadcast live.
January 2005 was the last occasion when United’s tie was not on TV, and that was when they recorded a goalless draw with Exeter City at Old Trafford.
The North-West outfit’s arch rivals Liverpool have been selected by the TV bosses as they prepare to take on Everton in the third round.
Other Premier League clubs have been chosen, including Leicester City, Chelsea, West Ham United, Arsenal, Brighton and Crystal Palace.
United fans are used to seeing their team on screen during the domestic competition, so some have been left fuming by the snub.
